Hoklingen
Hoklingen is a lake in the municipality of Levanger in Trøndelag county, Norway. The lake lies just to the east of the village of Åsen and about south of the village of Skogn. The lake Movatnet is the main inflow of water into Hoklingen. There is a small dam that regulates the outflow of water at the southwest end of the lake. The water flows out into the river Fossingelva which then flows into the nearby lake Hammervatnet. Levanger is a municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. It is part of the district of Innherred. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Levanger. Some of the notable villages in the municipality include Alstadhaug, Ekne, Hokstad, Markabygd, Momarka, Frol, Mule, Nesset, Okkenhaug, Ronglan, Skogn, and Åsen. Åsen is a village in Levanger municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. The village is located between the lakes Hammervatnet and Hoklingen. The European route E06 highway and the Nordlandsbanen railway line both pass through the village. The train stops at Åsen Station. Hammervatnet is a lake in the municipality of Levanger in Trøndelag county, Norway. The lake lies on the north side of the village of Åsen. The European route E6 highway runs along the eastern tip of the lake. The nearby lake Hoklingen flows into the river Fossingelva which flows into Hammervatnet. The main outlet of Hammervatnet flows into the Hoplafjorden, an arm of the Trondheimsfjord. There are two large islands in the lake Hammervatnet: Innerøya and Ytterøya.
