Kate Starre
Kate Starre (born 18 September 1971 in Armadale, Western Australia) is a former field hockey midfielder from Australia, who competed for her native country in three consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1992 (Barcelona, Spain). She was a member of the Australian Women's Hockey Team, best known as the ''Hockeyroos'', that won the gold medals at the 1996 and the 2000 Summer Olympics. She is the head coach for Canterbury Ladies 1XI, in England, from the start of the 2017–18 season. In June 2018, Starre joined the Fremantle Football Club's AFL Women's team as a high performance manager. One of her key areas of focus is implementing an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury prevention program. Mandy Nicholson (née Nicholls; born 28 February 1968 in Kingston-upon-Thames) is a field hockey player, who was a member of the British squad that won the bronze medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona. Karen MacNeill (born January 7, 1972, in Calgary, Alberta) is a former field hockey striker from Canada, who earned a total number of 105 international caps for the Canadian Women's National Team during her career. She won a bronze medal, at the 1999 Pan American Games. Rhona Simpson
Rhona Isabel Simpson (born 14 July 1972 in Paisley, Renfrewshire) is a field hockey player from Scotland who has played for her country over 280 times. By 2014 she was Scotland’s most-capped hockey player and top goal scorer. Simpson started playing hockey at the age of 12 as part of the curriculum at her school, Wellington School, Ayr. Kristen Towers (born 12 October 1976) is a retired field hockey player from Australia, who played as a midfielder. Personal life Kristen Towers was born and raised in Taree, New South Wales.
