Hit Girl
Hit-Girl (Mindy McCreadySpelled Macready in the films.) is a fictional antihero appearing in the comic series '' Kick-Ass: The Dave Lizewski Years'' series, published by Marvel Comics under the company's imprint Icon Comics and later Image Comics. The character was created by artist John Romita Jr. and writer Mark Millar. She is a young but effective vigilante, trained by her father Damon McCready (a.k.a. Big Daddy) from an early age to be a costumed superhero and assassin. In '' Kick-Ass'', she is introduced as a supporting character. Kick-Ass (comic Book)
''Kick-Ass'' is a creator-owned comic book series written by Mark Millar and illustrated by John Romita Jr. It was initially published by Marvel Comics under the company's Icon imprint and republished under Image Comics. It is the story of Dave Lizewski, a teenager who sets out to become a real life superhero. His actions are publicized on the Internet and inspire other people. I Hate Fairyland
''I Hate Fairyland'' is a black comedy fantasy comic written and illustrated by Skottie Young, and published by Image Comics, which started publication in October 2015. The comic follows Gertrude, a woman who was transported to a mystical world called Fairyland as a child. Thirty years later, Gertrude is now an un-aging, violent misanthrope who, alongside her reluctant guide and friend Larry, constantly tries and fails to return to the real world. While the comic went on hiatus after the release of Issue #20 in July 2018, a revival series written by Young and illustrated by Brett Bean began in November 2022, still under the name ''I Hate Fairyland'' but starting with a new #1 issue.
