Isuzu Yamada made her final appearance in the ''Hissatsu'' series. Plot Kumihimoya no Ryu is a maker of cords used to tie obi and is an ex-ninja. Hanaya no Masa runs flower shop. They join Nakamura Mondo and Oriku’s Shigotonin team replacing Hide and Yuji in the sequel to Hissatsu Shigotonin IV. is a genre of film, television, video game, and theatre in Japan. Literally meaning "period dramas", they are most often set during the Edo period of Japanese history, from 1603 to 1868. Tokuzō Tanaka
was a Japanese film director. He is well known for directing Zatoichi series and Nemuri Kyōshirō series films. Biography Tanaka graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University. In 1948, he joined the Daiei Film, Daiei studio and started working as an assistant director under Kon Ichikawa, Kenji Mizoguchi and Kazuo Mori etc. In 1958, Tanaka was promoted to director and debuted with ''Bakeneko Goyōda''. Tanaka received the Japan Directors Guild Special award for his ''Akumyō, Akumyō series films''. In 1971, he was released from his contract with Daiei and become a freelance director when the studio shut down film production. Makoto Fujita
, born Makoto Harada (April 13, 1933 – February 17, 2010), was a Japanese actor. He was born in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, the son of silent-film actor Rintarō Fujima, and started his career as a comedian in 1952. Acting Roles Fujita appeared in both ''jidaigeki'' and contemporary roles. He starred as Nakamura Mondo, a samurai, in sixteen Hissatsu series on Asahi Broadcasting Corporation from 1973. Isuzu Yamada
was a Japanese stage and screen actress whose career spanned seven decades. Biography Yamada was born in Osaka as Mitsu Yamada, the daughter of Kusudu Yamada, a shinpa actor specialising in onnagata roles, and Ritsu, a geisha. Under her mother's influence, she began learning nagauta and Japanese traditional dance from the age of six. Yamada debuted as a film actress in 1930 at age twelve, appearing in the Nikkatsu film ''Tsurugi wo koete'' opposite Denjirō Ōkōchi. She soon became one of Nikkatsu's top actresses, but it was her portrayals of strong-willed modern girls in Kenji Mizoguchi's ''Osaka Elegy'' and '' Sisters of the Gion'' in 1936 at the new Daiichi Eiga studio that earned her popularity and critical acclaim.
