Hiroki Hayashi
is a Japanese animator and director associated with Anime International Company, AIC. He is best known as the director of the first ''Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki'' Original video animation, OVA series and co-creator of ''El-Hazard''. Biography Hayashi got started in animation on ''ThunderCats'' and ''Silverhawks''. He joined Anime International Company, AIC when he was 21 years old. His first anime was ''Gall Force'' in 1987. In 1988 he worked on the storyboard for the fourth Original video animation, OVA episode of ''Bubblegum Crisis'', along with Masaki Kajishima. His first directed title was ''Sol Bianca'' of which he would also be credited for the original concept in the second OVA. In his interview with AIC, he said that ''Sol Bianca'' was originally a game production proposal when it was brought to AIC; he thought it would make a good OVA, and created the story base for the series. Sakura-Con is an annual three-day anime convention held during March or April at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, Washington. The convention, which is traditionally held over Easter weekend, is the largest anime convention in the Northwest. It is organized by the volunteer Asia-Northwest Cultural Education Association (ANCEA). ''Shuffle!'' (stylized as ''SHUFFLE!'') is a Japanese visual novel developed by Navel. It was originally released as an adult game for Windows on January 30, 2004. It was subsequently followed by an all-ages release for the PlayStation 2 (PS2) and an expanded adult release for Windows. The Windows version was localized in English by MangaGamer in 2009, and the PS2 version was localized in English by YumeHaven in 2016 on Steam. The gameplay in ''Shuffle!'' follows a branching plot line that offers pre-determined scenarios and courses of interaction and focuses on the appeal of the female main characters. Girls Bravo
is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Mario Kaneda and serialized from 2000 to 2005 in '' Shōnen Ace'' by Kadokawa Shoten. The story focuses on a high school boy who is allergic to girls who is transported to a mysterious world with a mostly female population; when he returns, one of the girls from that world becomes his housemate. The anime adaptation of ''Girls Bravo'', directed by Ei Aoki and animated by AIC Spirits, aired in Japan from 2004 to 2005. There are 24 episodes total. The anime series was released in English by Geneon, and the manga was released in English by Tokyopop. A visual novel was also released for the PlayStation 2. ''Burn-Up Scramble'' is a 2004 12-episode anime television series directed by Hiroki Hayashi. Though the basic premise is in keeping with its predecessors ''Burn Up!'' and '' Burn-Up Excess'' it is an entirely new series with some new and some old characters, and a very different art style. Like ''Burn-Up W'' and '' Burn-Up Excess'', the series centers on a busty police officer and martial artist name Rio Kinezono, leader of the super-secret squad known as Warriors.
