''High School Rapper'' (Hangul: 고등래퍼) is a 2017 South Korean survival hip hop TV show. It aired on Mnet (TV channel), Mnet starting February 10, 2017 and was hosted by Jeong Jun-ha and Haha (entertainer), Haha. In March, 2017, it was confirmed by Mnet that the show will have a High School Rapper (season 2), second season. Mnet (acronym of Music Network) is a South Korean pay television music channel owned by CJ E&M, a division of CJ ENM, part of CJ Group. The CJ E&M Center Studio located in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul is the broadcast and recording centre of many Mnet programs with a studio audience, namely the live weekly music show '' M Countdown''. Gyeongin

The Boyz () is a South Korean boy band formed and managed by IST Entertainment. The group debuted on December 6, 2017, with the lead single "Boy" from their debut EP ''The First''. Kim Ha-on (; born July 7, 2000), better known simply as Haon, is a South Korean rapper. He is the winner of ''High School Rapper (season 2), High School Rapper 2''. Bang Jae-min ( ko, 방재민, born March 26, 1999), is a South Korean actor and rapper. He debuted as an actor on '' Top Management'' (2018). He also participated in the first two seasons of Mnet's rap competition show, ''High School Rapper''. Career 2017-2019: ''High School Rapper'' and acting debut Bang participated in the first season of Mnet's rap competition show, ''High School Rapper'', in February 2017. He was eliminated at the regional competition round, but was brought back by the judges after barely surviving the revival match. He finished at the semi-final round, losing at 1:1 match. Gyeongsang ( ko, 경상도, ''Gyeongsang-do''; ) was one of the eight provinces of Korea during the Joseon dynasty. Gyeongsang was located in the southeast of Korea. The provincial capital was Daegu.
