is a Japanese composer and arranger best known for his work for anime and video games. He was affiliated with the music production company MONACA, but has since left to be freelance. Biography Tanaka was born in Osaka. He first became interested in music as a young child when he saw his older sisters playing piano. Soon after, he began taking piano lessons. He became dispassionate toward traditional lessons, however, and practiced with an electronic keyboard at home. While in junior high school, Tanaka learned to play acoustic guitar after being inspired by folk-rock duo Yuzu. As he learned how to play songs by Yuzu, he realized that he wanted to make his own music. Soon after, he began learning how to use MIDI software on his computer. is a retired amateur Japanese freestyle wrestler, who competed in the men's light heavyweight category. He won two bronze medals in both freestyle and Greco-Roman at the Asian Games (1994 and 1998), and then represented his nation Japan in two editions of the Olympic Games (1996 and 2004). Having worked as a physical education teacher at Akita Commercial High School, Yokoyama also trained as part of the school's wrestling squad under his personal coach Katsuhiko Saito. When Japan hosted the 1994 Asian Games in Hiroshima, Yokoyama enchanted the home crowd inside Higashi Stadium by defeating South Korea's Yang Hyun-Mo for a bronze medal in the 82-kg division. was a Japanese music critic and literary critic, active in Shōwa and Heisei Japan. Biography Yoshida was born in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. From an early age, he was interested in languages, and joined in club activities involving English and German when in high school. He was tutored in the French language by noted poet Chūya Nakahara, and corresponded with noted literary critics Hideo Kobayashi and Shōhei Ōoka while still a student. He later graduated from Tokyo Imperial University with a degree in French literature. His first work of music criticism was a series on Mozart, published in the magazine ''Ongaku Geijutsu'' in 1946.
