Here TV is an American premium television network targeting LGBT audiences. Launched in 2002, Here TV is available nationwide on all major cable systems, fiber optics systems, and Internet TV providers as either a 24/7 premium subscription channel, a video on demand (VOD) service, and/or a subscription video on demand (SVOD) service. Here TV is actively involved in the LGBT community and offers sponsorship to yearly events such as gay pride events and film festivals as well as supporting a number of community organizations. In 2013, Here TV programming became available on the YouTube paid channels. Here Media Inc. is an LGBT-oriented media company. Headquartered in Los Angeles, the company produces and distributes niche content focused on LGBT consumers. History Here Media was founded in 2009 by Paul Colichman and Stephen P. Jarchow when Here Networks LLC and Regent Releasing, Regent Entertainment Media Inc. formed a business combination with PlanetOut Inc. The company was initially established by a different name in December 2000. At that time, Online Partners agreed to acquire PlanetOut Inc., PlanetOut Corp., creating PlanetOut Partners Inc. In 2002, privately held Here TV was launched and made available in 50 million homes. On October 14, 2004, PlanetOut joined NASDAQ under the ticker symbol (LGBT). In November 2005, PlanetOut acquired LPI Media, publisher of ''The Advocate (LGBT magazine), The Advocate'', ''Out (magazine), OUT'', ''HIV Plus'', and Alyson Books. ''She's Living for This'' is an American television comedy and variety series created by Keith Levy and Josh Rosenzweig. The show currently airs on LGBT cable network here!. The series stars drag performer Sherry Vine. The series premiered on February 24, 2012. here! produced six episodes for season one. The network announced a second season of the show to begin production in the summer 2012 for a fall 2012 premiere. In 2012, it was announced that episodes of ''She's Living for This'' would be made available on online video service Hulu. Premise ''She's Living for This'' provides a modern update on the classic TV variety show standard set by the likes of Sonny & Cher, Carol Burnett, and Benny Hill. Each half-hour episode features LGBT comics and entertainers. The show consists of comedy sketches, special guests, musical numbers, and short films.
