Henry Mora Jiménez
Henry Mora Jiménez (born 19 April 1959) is a Costa Rican economist and political activist. Mora is a member of the 2014-2018 Legislative Assembly of Costa Rica, serving with the Citizens' Action Party. He was the President of the Legislative Assembly of Costa Rica from 2014 to 2015. Education and early career Mora earned a licentiate in economics at the University of Costa Rica with an emphases on statistics. From the National University of Costa Rica, Mora earned a Master's in political economics. He has postgraduate studies in Applied Economics at the Catholic University in Brabant (province) Netherlands. He earned a doctorate in Business and Economic Science from the Latin American University of Science and Technology in Costa Rica, and then studied as a post-doctorate in public goods at Tilburg University in Netherlands. Laura Chinchilla
Laura Chinchilla Miranda (; born 28 March 1959) is a Costa Rican politician who was President of Costa Rica from 2010 to 2014. She was one of Óscar Arias Sánchez's two Vice-Presidents and his administration's Minister of Justice. She was the governing PLN candidate for president in the 2010 general election, where she won with 46.76% of the vote on 7 February. She was the eighth woman president of a Latin American country and the first woman to become President of Costa Rica. She was sworn in as President of Costa Rica on 8 May 2010. After leaving office, she taught at Georgetown University in 2016. Chinchilla is co-chair of the Inter-American Dialogue think tank and the vice-president of Club de Madrid. Heredia () is a province of Costa Rica. It is in the north-central part of the country. As a result, the province covers areas as diverse as the agriculture-rich Northern plains to the more metropolitan areas such as the city of Heredia in the Central Valley.
