Henrikas Ciparis (born 31 December 1941, in Labardžiai) is a Lithuanian painter. He graduated from high school in 1960, and was drafted into the army. He entered the Vilnius Art Institute (now Vilnius Art Academy) to study art pedagogy, and after a three-year continued his studies at the newly established high school Scenography Department. He graduated from the Lithuanian Institute of Fine Arts, in 1969. Since 1973, Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theater artist, and since 1983 chief artist. In 1976–1982, he was Lithuanian head of the Art Institute of Scenography. He held about 20 solo exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad. Creator of costumes and about 60 performances in Vilnius, Klaipeda, Erfurt, Kemerovo theaters. Henrikas Juškevičius (born 1935 in Šiauliai, Lithuania) is a Lithuanian electrical engineer and journalist who has held the title of Adviser of the Director-General of UNESCO on Communication, Information and Administration issues since 2001. Biography Juškevičius graduated from the Leningrad Electrotechnical Communication Institute with a degree in radiocommunications and broadcast engineering. He worked at the Lithuanian Television Centre from 1958 to 1960, and was head of the technological department of Lithuanian television and radio from 1960 to 1966. In this capacity, he led the development of Lithuanian television and radio infrastructure. He joined the Union of Journalists in 1966. Henrikas Radauskas (born in 1910 in Kraków, Poland, died in 1970 in Washington, D.C.) was a Lithuanian poet and writer. Radauskas spent his childhood in Panevėžys; subsequently his family relocated to Novonikolayevsk, currently Novosibirsk, where he started attending school. After Lithuania reestablished its independence following the First World War, his family returned to Lithuania. There he studied Lithuanian, German and Russian literatures at the Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas. In 1936 he became an editor for the Lithuanian Commission of Book Publishing. Radauskas emigrated to the United States in 1949. During his last years he worked for the Library of Congress.
