Alfred Henry Skorbinski (born in Port Elizabeth) is a South African rugby union player that played first class rugby for the from 2011 to 2013 and for the from 2014 to 2018. His regular position was centre. He suffered a shoulder injury towards the end of the 2018 Currie Cup and announced his retirement from the sport. Mbombela (also known as Nelspruit) is a city in northeastern South Africa. It is the capital of the Mpumalanga province. The Vodacom Cup was an annual rugby union competition in South Africa. Annual Vodacom Cup competitions were played between its inaugural season in 1998 and 2015 and was contested between February and May each year. The Vodacom Cup was the successor of the Bankfin Nite Series which was played in 1996 and 1997. Mobile communications provider Vodacom was the title sponsor for the entire duration of the competition.
