Henderson-Massey is a local government area in Auckland, in New Zealand's Auckland Region, governed by the Henderson-Massey Local Board and Auckland Council. It currently aligns with the council's Waitākere Ward. Geography The area includes the suburbs of Henderson and Massey, as well as the surrounding suburbs of Glendene, Lincoln, Ranui, Royal Heights, Sunnyvale, Te Atatu Peninsula, Te Atatu South, Westgate and West Harbour. The Trusts Arena
The Trusts Arena is an indoor arena located in Henderson, New Zealand, Henderson, Auckland, New Zealand. It is a multi-purpose stadium that primarily holds sports events and music concerts. The Arena was opened by then Prime Minister of New Zealand Helen Clark on 11 September 2004. It holds 4,901 people. Auckland Film Studios, formerly known as Henderson Valley Studios, is New Zealand's largest film studio complex, located in Henderson, West Auckland. Corban Estate Arts Centre
Corban Estate Arts Centre is an arts precinct in West Auckland, New Zealand. Established in 2002 at the site of the Mt Lebanon Vineyard and Winery, the arts centre provides creative production, theatre and gallery space to New Zealand artists. Facility The Mt Lebanon Vineyard and Winery was established in 1902 by Assid Abraham Corban. The winery and cellar on the estate were built between 1903 and 1907, and the Corban Homestead, an Edwardian home, was constructed in 1923. The selling depot at the entrance of the site was constructed in 1913, during alcohol prohibition in New Zealand, as an area just outside of the Eden Electorate where alcohol could be purchased. Motu Manawa-Pollen Island Marine Reserve is a protected area in the Waitemata Harbour in Auckland, New Zealand, established in 1996. It includes the entire area between Rosebank Peninsula and Waterview, and surrounds Motumānawa / Pollen Island and Traherne Island. Its northeastern boundary runs roughly parallel to Rosebank Peninsula, from the mouth of the Oakley Creek estuary. The Te Wai-o-Pareira / Henderson Creek is an estuarine river of the Auckland Region of New Zealand's North Island. It flows north from its sources in the Henderson Valley and Titirangi, before reaching the western Waitematā Harbour. Waitematā Harbour
Waitematā Harbour is the main access by sea to Auckland, New Zealand. For this reason it is often referred to as Auckland Harbour, despite the fact that it is one of two harbours adjoining the city. The harbour forms the northern and eastern coasts of the Auckland isthmus and is crossed by the Auckland Harbour Bridge. It is matched on the southern side of the city by the shallower waters of the Manukau Harbour. Waitākere Ranges
The Waitākere Ranges is a mountain range in New Zealand. Located in West Auckland between metropolitan Auckland and the Tasman Sea, the ranges and its foothills and coasts comprise some of public and private land. The area, traditionally known to Māori as ''Te Wao Nui o Tiriwa'' (The Great Forest of Tiriwa), is of local, regional, and national significance.
