Hema Nalin Karunaratne
Hema Nalin Karunaratne ( si, හේම නලීන් කරුණාරත්න; 27 August 1962 – 5 June 2018) was a Sri Lankan journalist and television presenter. He is considered as an iconic figure of Sri Lankan media, having inspired many generations of media personalities. Across his career, Karunaratne worked in numerous areas, including direction, script writing, research, program production management, television presentation, and as a compere. He was also the owner of the Heritage TV channel on Dialog TV. Personal life Karunaratne was born on 27 August 1962 in Wadduwa, Colombo. His father, G.B.C. Karunaratne, was an electrical engineer and his mother, E.L. Perera, was a teacher. He also had an older brother, Jeewath Karunaratne. Wadduwa
Wadduwa ( si, වාද්දුව, ta, வடுவா) is a town in the Western Province of Sri Lanka. It is situated on the western coast of Sri Lanka, about south of Colombo. It spans from 30.5 to 36.5 km area along the Galle Road, 4.5 km to the land side and 1 km to the seaside. It is also famous for its rich cultivation of coconut palms and as a major producer of toddy and vinegar. Kanatte Cemetery
Kanatte Cemetery, also known locally as Borella Cemetery, is Colombo's main burial ground and crematorium. It is located at the intersection of Elvitigala Mawatha (Narahenpita Road), Bauddhaloka Mawatha (Bullers Road) and D. S. Senanayake Mawatha (Baseline Road). The cemetery is owned and operated by the Colombo Municipal Council and contains a Commonwealth War Graves Plot with a number of additional war graves dispersed around the site. The war graves include those of a German soldier, a German merchant seaman, a German interned civilian and an Austrian nursing sister. There are over 60 World War I Commonwealth servicemen and nearly 300 World War II Commonwealth servicemen buried here. Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH), also known as cerebral bleed, intraparenchymal bleed, and hemorrhagic stroke, or haemorrhagic stroke, is a sudden bleeding into Intraparenchymal hemorrhage, the tissues of the brain, into its Intraventricular hemorrhage, ventricles, or into both. It is one kind of bleeding within the skull and one kind of stroke.
