Helsingborgs IF
Helsingborgs IF (full name Helsingborgs Idrottsförening), commonly referred to as HIF (), is a Swedish professional football club located in Helsingborg. They play in the Swedish first tier, Allsvenskan, following promotion in the 2021 Superettan season via play-offs. Formed in 1907, the club has won five national championship titles and five national cup titles. Helsingborgs IF have also won Allsvenskan on two occasions when the title of Swedish champions was not decided by the outcome of that league. Helsingborg was a founder member of Allsvenskan, and between 1924 and 1968 they spent all but two seasons in the top division, and won the league five times. At the end of the 1968 season, HIF was relegated, and while most people initially expected a quick return, they went on to spend the next 24 seasons in the lower leagues before finally getting promoted back to the top flight in 1992. The Toronto Blizzard were a professional soccer club based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada that played in the North American Soccer League. History The Toronto Metros joined the NASL in 1971. Their home field was Varsity Stadium. In 1975, 50% of the team was purchased for $250,000 by the Toronto Croatia of the National Soccer League, and the team became the Toronto Metros-Croatia. The club won the 1976 Soccer Bowl championship. However, they continued to struggle at the gate. Johan Simon Thern (born 18 September 1992) is a Swedish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for the Allsvenskan club IFK Göteborg. Club career Early career Thern started his professional career in IFK Värnamo. He was soon signed by Allsvenskan club Helsingborgs IF but was immediately loaned to Värnamo for the entire 2010 season. Per Jonas Sven Ågren (born 12 April 1962) is a Swedish former footballer who played as a defender. Club career Ågren represented Malmö FF for most of his career and served as club captain for the club between 1989 and 1992. Andreas Augustsson
Eiton Andreas Augustsson (born 26 November 1976) is a Swedish retired footballer who played as a defender. He made his professional debut in Twente, before he moved to Norway in 2001 where in played for Raufoss, Vålerenga and Sandefjord.
