Hello Bitches
"Hello Bitches" is a song by South Korean rapper and singer-songwriter CL, a member of girl group 2NE1. It was released on November 21, 2015, through YG Entertainment as her second solo single. The track was written by CL, along with long-time 2NE1 collaborator Teddy Park, Danny Chung and Jean-Baptiste, with production handled by Park. A choreography music video was uploaded to YouTube in conjunction with the release of the single on November 21. Background and development The song, originally a collaboration with British rapper M.I.A., was initially titled "Asian Bitches", but was later renamed to "Hello Bitches" as CL felt that the theme would be limiting. Lee Chae-rin (born February 26, 1991), better known by her stage name CL, is a South Korean rapper and singer-songwriter. Born in Seoul, South Korea, she spent much of her early life in Japan and France. CL trained at JYP Entertainment before joining YG Entertainment at the age of fifteen. The Circle Digital Chart, previously known as the Gaon Digital Chart, is the music industry standard record chart ranking the 200 most popular singles in South Korea. It provides rankings on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, which is based on an aggregate of streaming, downloads and background music from major South Korean music platforms. 2015 Mnet Asian Music Awards
The 2015 Mnet Asian Music Awards ceremony, organized by CJ E&M through its music channel Mnet, took place on December 2, 2015, at AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong. The ceremony was the sixth consecutive Mnet Asian Music Awards to be hosted outside of South Korea. Nominees were announced on October 30, 2015. Leading the nominees and awards was Big Bang with six. Hello Bitches Tour
The Hello Bitches Tour (stylized as Hello Bi+ches Tour) was the debut concert tour of South Korean singer CL. The tour visited nine cities in 2016 in the United States and Canada, kicking off in New York City's Hammerstein Ballroom on October 29 and concluding in Toronto at the Sound Academy on November 14. The tour was promoted by SIVA Entertainment Group. The setlist consisted of her solo songs along with many of her previous works with K-pop girl group 2NE1. ReQuest Dance Crew (also known as ReQuest) are an all-female hip-hop dance crew from Auckland, New Zealand. ReQuest was formed in 2007, with originally five members. They are based out of The Palace Dance Studio in Penrose and are one of six crews alongside The Royal Family (MegaCrew), Kingsmen (Adult), Sorority (Varsity), Duchesses (Varsity) and Bubblegum (Junior).
