Helga Seibert (7 January 1939 – 12 April 1999) was a German judge. She was a judge in the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany. The Federal Constitutional Court (, usually abbreviated ) is the federal constitutional court of Germany. It is the highest independent constitutional organ of the Judiciary of Germany, German judiciary, ranking equally with the other supreme federal courts, and is – at the same time – the highest federal court in Germany.
