Tyler Heineman
Tyler Andrew Heineman (born June 19, 1991) is an American professional baseball catcher in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization. He played college baseball for the UCLA Bruins. The Houston Astros selected Heineman in the eighth round of the 2012 MLB draft. He previously played in MLB for the Miami Marlins, San Francisco Giants, Toronto Blue Jays and Pittsburgh Pirates. High school and college Heineman attended the Windward School in Los Angeles. There, he played for the school's baseball team. He batted .490 as a sophomore (2007), batted .619 as a junior (2008; establishing the Windward School single-season batting average record), and batted .487 and earned first-team All-California Interscholastic Federation Division IV honors as a senior (2009) in addition to Delphic League MVP honors. Scott Matthew Heineman (born December 4, 1992) is an American professional baseball outfielder and first baseman who is currently a free agent. He has previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Texas Rangers and Cincinnati Reds. Amateur career Heineman attended Crespi Carmelite High School in Encino, California. Undrafted out of high school, he attended the University of Oregon, where he played college baseball for the Oregon Ducks from 2012 through 2015. In 2013, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Brewster Whitecaps of the Cape Cod Baseball League, and was named a league all-star. When she was young, she could not afford to purchase games for her Atari 2600, so she taught herself how to copy cartridges and built herself a sizable pirated video game collection. David Eugene Heineman (born May 12, 1948) is an American politician who served as the 39th governor of Nebraska from 2005 to 2015. A member of the Republican Party, he previously was the 39th treasurer of Nebraska from 1995 to 2001 and 37th lieutenant governor of Nebraska from 2001 to 2005. Dannie Heineman
Dannie N. Heineman (23 November 1872 – 31 January 1962) was a Belgian-American engineer and businessman. He was the managing director and controlling shareholder of the Belgian industrial multinational Sofina. He was a prolific sponsor of science especially through Heineman Foundation in medical sciences and awards in mathematical physics and astrophysics. In 1939, while living in Belgium, Dannie Heineman managed to get the Luxembourg government to open its closed borders and admit approximately 100 Jewish families from Germany. The persuasive argument was that hotels in Luxembourg were empty and he would pay for the rooms and give the Jews an allowance, and they would not be working and taking jobs away from Luxembourg workers. This arrangement worked until 10 May 1940 when Hitler invaded. At that point his assistant Mr. Schmidt made a final six months payment to the families. Heineman (December 28, 1929 – March 20, 2010) was an American politician who served as a United States Republican Party, Republican United States House of Representatives, U.S. Congressman from North Carolina, serving in the 104th United States Congress. Born in New York City, New York (state), New York, Heineman attended Mt. St. Michael High School in The Bronx. He then studied at Concordia College, Bronxville, Concordia Junior College, Westchester Community College, the University of Bridgeport, St. Francis College, and John Jay College. Laurie Heineman (born August 4, 1948 in Chicago) is an Americans, American actress and teacher, probably best known for the role of Myra in the John G. Avildsen film ''Save the Tiger'' and for originating the role of Sharlene Frame on ''Another World (TV series), Another World''. Laurie grew up in Rye, New York, and attended the Midland (elementary) School, where her career was influenced by celebrated teacher Albert Cullum; and graduated from Rye High School before attending Radcliffe College. Currently she teaches Shakespeare and other classics to home schoolers, and runs workshops at libraries and private events throughout New England and in New York City.
