Heaven or the heavens, is a common religious cosmological or transcendent supernatural place where beings such as deities, angels, souls, saints, or venerated ancestors are said to originate, be enthroned, or reside. ''Heaven and Hell'' is a studio album by Greek electronic composer Vangelis, released in November 1975 on RCA Records. It is the first album recorded at his Nemo Studios in London that he used until 1987. It is a concept album based on duality. The album marks Vangelis' departure from the progressive rock sound on his previous album ''Earth'' (1973), with adoption of a more classical synthesized sound, as well his UK chart debut. Overview In 1975, Vangelis moved to London where he set up his own Nemo Studios. The album was his first record made at the studio. Wisdom (band)
Wisdom was a Hungarian power metal band from Budapest. Formed in autumn 2001, the group was known for its practice of basing each song on a well-known quotation. Many of the band's lyrics and all of the album covers center on the story of an old man, a cult figure called Wiseman. Biography The band originally consisted of bass player Mate Molnar and guitarist Gabor Kovacs. Molnar was a fan of Kovacs' existing band Legendary, and the two agreed to form a new group together. They were later joined by Istvan Nachladal (Nahi) (vocals), Balazs Hornyak (drums) and Zsolt Galambos (guitar), who had also been a member of Legendary. The band was named after the 1986 film ''Wisdom''. Wisdom played their first concert in Miskolc in 2002. In they were featured as a support act in the 2003 Iron Maiden tour Give Me Ed... "Heaven & Hell" is the solo debut single by Wu-Tang Clan rapper Raekwon from the soundtrack to the 1994 film ''Fresh'' and later featured on his 1995 solo debut album '' Only Built 4 Cuban Linx...''. ''Made In Japan'' is the third album by Japanese rock band Flower Travellin' Band, released in 1972. Production After meeting Lighthouse at the Expo '70 festival in Osaka, Flower Travellin' Band were invited to visit Canada. While there, the group recorded ''Made in Japan'' with Lighthouse keyboardist Paul Hoffert helping produce. Vocalist Joe Yamanaka later stated that the process was very easy, with everything flowing well. Due to George Wada becoming ill with tuberculosis, Canadian drummer Paul DeLong plays on some tracks on this album.
