''Heaven Only Knows'' is a 1947 American Western (genre), Western fantasy film directed by Albert S. Rogell and starring Robert Cummings, Brian Donlevy and Marjorie Reynolds. Produced by German émigré Seymour Nebenzal's Nero Films, it was distributed by United Artists. Plot Due to an error in Heaven, Adam "Duke" Byron, is born without a soul in 1858. The "Book of Destiny" shows that he was supposed to marry a minister's daughter in 1885 and set a fine moral example. Instead, he is a saloon keeper and gambling hall owner in Glacier, Montana. As it was the fault of his department, Michael is sent in 1887 to set Duke on the life path for which he was destined, but Michael must do so as a human being, without miracles, not even a small one. ''Balance of Power'' is the eleventh studio album by the Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) released in 1986. It is the final album by the band to feature co-founder Bev Bevan on drums, as well as the last album to feature a significant contribution from keyboardist Richard Tandy. Overview ''Balance of Power'' was the last studio album by the Electric Light Orchestra before their initial disbanding (the band would later reform in 2001 and again in 2014). By this time Kelly Groucutt had departed and the group was pared down to a trio of Jeff Lynne (who doubled on bass as a result of Groucutt's absence), Richard Tandy and Bev Bevan. Recording for the album began in mid-1984, with a planned release for Spring 1985. The addition of several synthesizer tracks and mixing work by Reinhold Mack to the album caused its release to be pushed back to early 1986. "Heaven" is a song by American singer John Legend. It was written by Legend along with label boss Kanye West, Jessyca Wilson and his brother Vaughn Stevens for his second studio album '' Once Again'' (2006). Production was helmed by West, with Legend credited as co-producer. The song samples excerpts from "Heaven Only Knows" (1972) as performed by Monk Higgins. Due to the inclusion of the sample, Milton Bland and Alexandra Louise Brown are also credited as songwriters. The song was released as the album's second single in fall 2006. A moderate commercial success, "Heaven" reached number 26 on US ''Billboard'' Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, but failed to enter the ''Billboard'' Hot 100.
