Lavell Webb (born August 31, 1975) known by his stage name City Spud, is an American rapper and record producer. He was a member of Hip hop music, hip hop group St. Lunatics. He was featured on fellow St. Lunatic member Nelly's hit single "Ride wit Me" from Nelly's debut album ''Country Grammar''. In 1999, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison for armed robbery. St. Lunatics campaigned for his release and titled their debut album ''Free City (album), Free City'' to support the release of City Spud from prison. George Birge
George Birge is an American country music artist. From 2013 to 2020, he was one half of the duo Waterloo Revival with Cody Cooper. Birge began recording independently in 2021. Biography George Birge was born in Austin, Texas. He began singing when he was 14 years old, and began writing songs with his friend Cody Cooper when both were still teenagers. The two separated after high school, but reunited in 2013 when Cooper returned to Austin to visit his family. From 2013 to 2020, the two recorded on Big Machine Records as the duo Waterloo Revival. He first gained fame as the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist of rock band Hootie & the Blowfish, which he founded in 1986 at the University of South Carolina along with Mark Bryan, Jim "Soni" Sonefeld, and Dean Felber.
