The Heart Institute of the Caribbean is a cardiac hospital and care institute on the island of Jamaica, specializing in cardiology, cardiovascular medicine, and cardiovascular surgery. The Heart Institute was founded in 2005 by cardiologist Ernest Madu. Mandeville is the capital and largest town in the parish of Manchester in the county of Middlesex, Jamaica. Ocho Rios (Spanish for "Eight Rivers") is a town in the parish of Saint Ann on the north coast of Jamaica, and is more widely referred to as ''Ochi'' by locals.
