The municipality consists of the administrative units of Fajzë, Gjinaj, Golaj with Krumë Krumë is a town and a former municipality in the Kukës County, northern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision and the seat of the municipality Has. The population according to the 2011 census was 6,006.

Krumë
Krumë is a town and a former municipality in the Kukës County, northern Albania. At the 2015 local government reform it became a subdivision and the seat of the municipality Has. The population according to the 2011 census was 6,006.2011 census results
It was the seat of the former Has District.


Geography

Krumë is located at about 430 m above sea level. It is a small town at the north-west foot of the Bjeshka e Krumes mountain (), from which comes a large ''source'' of underground water called ''Vrella'' with clean and cool water serving the domestic population's needs for fresh water. ''Maja e Gjytezës'', a mountain located few kilometers south of Krumë reaches an altitude of 1435 m above sea level.

Kukës County (; sq, Qarku i Kukësit) is a landlocked county in northeastern Albania, with the capital in Kukës. The county spans and had a total population of 74,388 people as of 2021. Has ( sq-definite, Hasi) is a region in north eastern Albania and south western Kosovo. Hasi is an ethno-geographic area with well-defined borders, surrounded by river Black Drin to its West and south west in Albania and by the White Drin river on its south, east and north east in Kosovo. Hasi area is located in north-eastern part of Albania, while the south-western part remaining in Kosovo, in Gjakova area and a part that captures the Prizren area.
