Harvey R. Blau
Harvey R. Blau (November 14, 1935 – January 19, 2018) was an Americans, American Lawyer, attorney and business executive. He was the Chairman of the Board and former CEO of Griffon Corporation (formerly Instrument Systems Corporation). He became a practicing attorney in New York (state), New York in 1961, and in 1966 was the founding partner of the law firm Blau Kramer Wactlar & Lieberman PC in Jericho, New York. Biography Blau was born to a American Jews, Jewish family. He graduated from the U.S. Army Infantry School in Fort Benning, Georgia (U.S. state), Georgia, in 1958, and served as a Captain (armed forces), captain in the United States Army Reserve, Army Reserve until 1966. New York University
New York University (NYU) is a private research university in New York City. Chartered in 1831 by the New York State Legislature, NYU was founded by a group of New Yorkers led by then- Secretary of the Treasury Albert Gallatin. Legal Aid Society
The Legal Aid Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit legal aid provider based in New York City. Founded in 1876, it is the oldest and largest provider of legal aid in the United States.
