Hart Aber Fair
''hart aber fair'' (English: "hard but fair") is a German weekly political talk show. In the 75-minute broadcast on Monday evening on Das Erste, presenter Frank Plasberg discusses a controversial topic with his guests. Spectators receive additional information through short feature films and can participate directly. Before switching to ARD's main programme Das Erste, the programme was broadcast at WDR Fernsehen for seven years. Concept As the name suggests, the discussion should be open and controversial. Instead of ideological and party-political statements, the focus should be on factual arguments. Therefore, besides politicians, scientific experts, representatives of other organisations and directly involved or affected persons are also among the participants of the discussion round. Frank Plasberg
Frank Plasberg (born 18 May 1957) is a German journalist and television presenter. Biography Born in Remscheid, Plasberg has an education in theatre, politics and pedagogy and works as television presenter on German broadcaster WDR. From 1987 to 2002, he was television host of programme ''Aktuelle Stunde'' (together with journalist Christine Westermann). Since 2001, Plasberg is television host of '' Hart aber fair'' ("hard but fair") on WDR, and nationwide on ARD since 2007. Plasberg was married with Angela Maas (born 1959); they have one son and one daughter. Since July 2007, he lives together with Anne Gesthuysen (born 1969). They married in August 2012. Her son was born in January 2011. Adlershof (, literally "Eagle's Court") is a locality (') in the borough (') Treptow-Köpenick of Berlin, Germany. Adlershof is home to the new City of Science, Technology and Media ( WISTA), located on the southwestern edge of the locality. History A part of the area known today as the "City of Science, Technology and Media", was once known as the Johannisthal Air Field. Germany's first motorized aircraft took off from here at the beginning of the 20th century. Albatros, Fokker, Rumpler and Wright made Adlershof-Johannisthal famous. In 1912 the German Experimental Institute for Aviation (Deutsche Versuchsanstalt für Luftfahrt – DVL) made Adlershof its headquarters.
