Harry Ralph
Harry Edward Ralph (21 May 1919 – 17 July 2004) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Essendon in the Victorian Football League (VFL) and in the South Australian National Football League (SANFL). Ralph's career with Norwood was interrupted by his service in the Australian Army and then the Royal Australian Air Force during World War II. It was while serving in Melbourne with the RAAF that Ralph played four games for Essendon. Ralph's last senior game for Norwood was their 1946 Grand Final victory over Port Adelaide Port Adelaide is a port-side region of Adelaide, approximately northwest of the Adelaide CBD. The State Bank of South Australia was a bank created in 1896 and owned by the Government of South Australia. The bank became the subject of a two-year South Australian Royal Commission upon collapse in 1991. The surviving part of the bank now exists as BankSA. North Adelaide Football Club, nicknamed The Roosters, is an Australian rules football club affiliated with the South Australian National Football League (SANFL) and SANFL Women's League (SANFLW). The club plays its home games at Prospect Oval, located in Prospect, a northern suburb of Adelaide.
