Harry Philip Bowden Hall (born 6 August 1997) is an English professional golfer who currently plays on the PGA Tour. Amateur career Hall attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2015 to 2019. Professional career Hall turned professional in 2019. He played on the Korn Ferry Tour from 2020 to 2022. He won twice on the Korn Ferry Tour; at the 2021 Wichita Open and the 2022 NV5 Invitational. Camborne
Camborne ( kw, Kammbronn) is a town in Cornwall, England. The population at the 2011 Census was 20,845. The northern edge of the parish includes a section of the South West Coast Path, Hell's Mouth and Deadman's Cove. Camborne was formerly one of the richest tin mining areas in the world and home to the Camborne School of Mines. The 2019 European Amateur Team Championship took place 9–13 July at Ljunghusen Golf Club in Höllviken, Sweden. It was the 36th men's golf European Amateur Team Championship. Venue The hosting club was founded in 1932 and by 1965 it was the first golf club in Scandinavia to feature 27 holes, one of three clubs with links courses at the south west tip of Sweden, in Vellinge Municipality, Scania County. The championship was played at holes 1–18. The championship course was set up with par 72. The European Amateur Team Championship is a European amateur team golf championship for men organised by the European Golf Association which was introduced in 1959. The championship was played in odd-numbered years from 1959 to 2007 and has been played annually since 2008 (with the exception of 2012). The 47th Walker Cup Match was played 7 and 8 September 2019 at Royal Liverpool Golf Club, Hoylake, Merseyside, England. Royal Liverpool hosted the 1983 Walker Cup. The United States won by 15½ points to 10½. They trailed 7½ to 8½ coming in to the final day singles but won 8 of the 10 matches to win convincingly. Format On Saturday, there were four matches of foursomes in the morning and eight singles matches in the afternoon. On Sunday, there were four matches of foursomes in the morning, followed by ten singles matches (involving every player) in the afternoon. In all, 26 matches were played. Walker Cup
The Walker Cup is a golf trophy contested in odd-numbered years by leading male amateur golfers in two teams: United States, and Great Britain and Ireland. The official name is the Walker Cup Match (not "Matches" as in Ryder Cup Matches). It is organised by The R&A and the United States Golf Association (USGA). In 1921 the Royal Liverpool Golf Club hosted an unofficial contest which was followed by official annual contests from 1922 through 1924. From 1925 they became biennial, held on even-number years. After World War II they switched to odd-numbered years. They are held alternately in the U.S., and Ireland or Britain. The 2018 Arnold Palmer Cup was a team golf competition held from 6–8 July 2018 at Evian Resort Golf Club, Évian-les-Bains, France. It was the 22nd time the event had been contested and the first under a new format in which women golfers played in addition to men and an international team, representing the rest of the world, replaced the European team. The 2017 Arnold Palmer Cup was a team golf competition held from June 9–11, 2017 at Atlanta Athletic Club in Johns Creek, Georgia, United States. The 21st playing of the event, it was the first since the death of namesake Arnold Palmer. The score was level at 5 points each after the first day but the United States team won 9 of the 10 singles matches on the second day and halved the other. This gave them an overwhelming lead, needing just 1 point from 10 singles matches on the final day to win the match. The second set of singles was split 5–5, to give the United States a comfortable 19½–10½ victory in the match.
