Harris Park railway station is located on the Main Western line, serving the Sydney suburb of Harris Park. It is served by Sydney Trains T1 Western Line T2 Inner West & Leppington Line and T5 Cumberland Line services. History Harris Park station opened in the late 1800s. Originally built as two side platforms, both were rebuilt as island platforms during the quadruplication of the Granville to Westmead line in the mid-1980s. Harris Park
Harris Park is a suburb of Greater Western Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Harris Park is located 19 kilometres west of the Sydney central business district in the local government area of the City of Parramatta and is part of the Greater Western Sydney region. Harris Park has a plurality Indian and Hindu population, both making up the largest ethnic and religious group. Harris Park is the home of several historic sites, including Experiment Farm. History James Ruse was the first convict to be granted land in the colony, by Governor Arthur Phillip in this area in 1791. He developed Australia's first private farm known as Experiment Farm, which sowed the first wheat in Australia. Schofields Railway Station
Schofields railway station is located on the Richmond line, serving the Sydney suburb of Schofields. It is served by Sydney Trains T1 Western and T5 Cumberland line services. History Schofields station opened in 1870. It was named after John Schofield, a local pioneer who was a former convict who later settled in the area after building a saw mill beside the railway line. Leppington railway station is the terminus of the South West Rail Link which serves the south-western Sydney suburb of Leppington. It opened on 8 February 2015. Berowra railway station is located on the Main Northern line, serving the Sydney suburb of Berowra. It is served by Sydney Trains T1 North Shore Line services and NSW TrainLink Central Coast & Newcastle Line services.
