Harri Õunapuu
Harri Õunapuu (born 2 February 1947) is an Estonian agronomist and former politician. He served as Minister of Finance from 2002 to 2003. From 1989 until 1991, he was the Governor of Rapla County. He also served as Minister of Agriculture from 1991 to 1992. Õunapuu was born in Sangaste Parish (now, part of Otepää Parish) and graduated from Tartu 3rd Secondary School in 1961. Agriculture or farming is the practice of cultivating plants and livestock. Agriculture was the key development in the rise of sedentary human civilization, whereby farming of domesticated species created food surpluses that enabled people to live in cities. Siim Kallas
Siim Kallas (; born 2 October 1948) is an Estonian politician, former Prime Minister of Estonia, and former European Commissioner. He served as the European Commissioner for Transport between 2010 and 2014. Before that he was the European Commissioner for Administrative Affairs, Audit and Anti-Fraud between 2004 and 2009. In both Barroso Commissions he was also a Vice-President.
