Harnath Singh Yadav
Harnath Singh Yadav (born 1 April 1941) is an Indian politician. He is a Member of Parliament elect, representing Uttar Pradesh in the Rajya Sabha the upper house of India's Parliament representing the Bharatiya Janata Party. He belongs from Gopalpur village aduvanshi's-dominatedof Mainpuri district. Harnath Singh Yadav is a former MLC who hails from Mainpuri and later moved to Etah. A former RSS zila pracharak, he later served as BJP state general secretary. He is considered close to former CM Kalyan Singh. He was elected an MLC as an independent in 1996 and later with Samajwadi Party support in 2002 from Agra Graduates constituency. He lost the council election in 2014, then he joined BJP. Mainpuri is a city in Mainpuri district in the Indian States and territories of India, state of Uttar Pradesh. It is the administrative headquarters of Mainpuri district and is situated to the north-east of Agra and is 270 km from New Delhi. Mainpuri forms part of the ancient legendary region of Lord Krishna's land called Braj. Geography Mainpuri railway station is the nearest railway station. The Rajya Sabha (meaning the "Council of States") is the upper house of the Parliament of India. Kalyan Singh (5 January 1932 – 21 August 2021) was an Indian politician and a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He served twice as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh and as a Member of Parliament. He was the Chief minister of Uttar Pradesh during the demolition of the Babri Masjid in December 1992.
