Harlech Road () is a road in Hong Kong. It is high up in the Peak area of Hong Kong Island, The road starts at Victoria Gap, then goes along the south slope of Victoria Peak, then crosses High West Gap, and goes along the north slope of High West, and finally ends at the ridge of High West. Harlech Road spans two country parks in Hong Kong, one Pok Fu Lam Country Park and the other Lung Fu Shan Country Park. The road is good for hiking. The road was built before 1906. Harlech Road 2012
Harlech () is a seaside resort and community (Wales), community in Gwynedd, north Wales and formerly in the Historic counties of Wales, historic county of Merionethshire. It lies on Tremadog Bay in the Snowdonia National Park. Before 1966, it belonged to the Meirionydd District of the 1974 County of Gwynedd. Its landmark Harlech Castle was begun in 1283 by Edward I of England, captured by Owain Glyndŵr, and in the 1480s, a stronghold of Henry VII of England, Henry Tudor. Once on a seaside cliff face, it is now half a mile (800 m) inland. New housing has appeared in the low town and in the high town around the shopping street, church and castle. Pok Fu Lam Country Park
Pok Fu Lam Country Park is located on Pok Fu Lam, the western end of the Southern District of Hong Kong Island. The 270-hectare park was designated in 1979. Ecology The park is located at the foot of Mount Victoria. Since being declared a park, the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries has engaged in efforts to green the valley. Many non-native species have been planted over the years such as Slash Pine, Formosa Acacia and Brisbane Box, as well as native trees including Hong Kong Gordonia and Chekiang Machilus. Hatton Road
Hatton Road (), also known as "The Morning Trail", is a paved, steep, motor vehicle-free road in western Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong, on Lung Fu Shan. It is largely used as a fitness trail for walking, running, and cycling. Description The road measures in length. It starts north at the junction with Conduit Road, where it becomes Kotewall Road, at western Mid-Levels overlooking the University of Hong Kong, which is also the terminus of NWFB Route 13. There are a few residential apartments along before the road overpasses Po Shan Road. It then winds into the forests to the south and divides Lung Fu Shan and Pok Fu Lam Country Parks. Old Peak Road is a road in the Mid-Levels on Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It is the most direct path from Victoria Gap and Victoria Peak to Central on Hong Kong Island. Lung Fu Shan Country Park, established 18 December 1998, is a country park in the Central and Western District of Hong Kong. It covers the densely vegetated slopes of Lung Fu Shan (''aka.'' Hill Above Belcher's), and includes the disused Pinewood Battery as well as the Pinewood Garden picnic area, providing a scenic backdrop to the residential and commercial districts of Hong Kong Island. High West or Sai Ko Shan, is a mountain on Hong Kong Island with a height of It is in Central and Western District. Geography High West is located within Pok Fu Lam Country Park and straddles the boundary of Central and Western District and Southern District.
