Arsi Harju
Arsi Ilari Harju (born March 18, 1974) is a Finnish former track and field athlete who competed in the shot put. He won the gold medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. He set his personal best of 21.39 in the qualification. In the final, Harju secured the gold medal with his second round shot put of 21.29, beating silver medalist Adam Nelson by 8 cm and bronze medalist John Godina by 9 cm. In 2000, Harju was also named the Finnish Sports Personality of the Year. Harju was the 12th member to be inducted into the 20 metre club after achieving the distance of 20.16 on March 2, 1997, in Tampere, Finland. Beata Harju
Beata Harju (born in May, 1990) is a Finnish-born actress and filmmaker. Her most notable filmmaking credits include screenwriter and Mymble for Moomins on the Riviera (2014), based on Tove Jansson's comic strips, and assistant director for the 24-episode TV-series Tommys Supersoffa (2013). In 2011, Beata and her fellow filmmakers won Duran Duran’s worldwide Genero.TV competition, becoming the official music video of their single, "Safe: In the Heat of the Moment". She made her national theatre acting debut in 2012 as Honey in ''Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?'' and Jane in '' August: Osage County'' at Svenska Teatern, the Swedish National Theatre, in Helsinki, Finland. Johan Per Harju (born 15 May 1986) is a Swedish professional ice hockey forward who is currently playing with HC Pustertal of the ICE Hockey League. He was selected by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 6th round (167th overall) of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.
