Hardcore Euphoria
''Euphoria'' is a series of dance music compilations that debuted on the Telstar Records label in early 1999. During the first year, ''Euphoria'' focused primarily on trance music until mid-2000 when ''Euphoria'' released the first chill-out album in the series and the first hard house album in late 2000. ''Euphoria'' was later spun off into a number of associated club nights around the UK, Ibiza and Cyprus. Over the course of three years, in excess of 500 tour dates were chalked up with tour DJs such as Adam White, Robert Van Ryn, Simon Webdale and Darren James. The compilations included box sets usually priced at around £20.00. The ''Euphoria'' albums were of high quality and still are highly collectible and the earlier versions are somewhat rare. Psychedelic Trance, Psytrance or Psy is a subgenre of trance music characterized by arrangements of rhythms and layered melodies created by high tempo riffs. The genre offers variety in terms of mood, tempo, and style. Agnelli & Nelson
Agnelli & Nelson were the collective name of Northern Irish music producers Christoper James Agnew and Robert Frederick Nelson, writers and producers of electronic dance music who have worked in the genre of trance from 1997 to 2014. They also produced music under the names Afterburn, Cortez, Green Atlas, Quincey & Sonance and The A&N Project. Biography Agnew and Nelson have written and produced dance music, including their hits "El Nino" and "Everyday". They have to date produced five Top 40 hits in the United Kingdom, and countless remixes, from Armin van Buuren to U2. ''Chilled Euphoria'' is a DJ mix album digitally mixed by British DJ Red Jerry as part of the Telstar TV's ''Euphoria'' series of DJ mixed dance music compilations. ''Chilled Euphoria'' features chill-out music, in the form of genres such as ambient music and trip hop, cross-licensed from different artists. The album was intended to be played in "post club sessions", where people chill-out in their homes listening to the album after returning home from a dance nightclub at 8am.Liner notes. Some of the remixes on the album were exclusive to the album and previously unreleased, and five of them were compiled onto a double EP used to promote the album. Ibiza Euphoria
Ibiza (natively and officially in ca, Eivissa, ) is a Spanish island in the Mediterranean Sea off the eastern coast of the Iberian Peninsula. It is from the city of Valencia. Red Jerry
Hooj Choons is a house record label formed by Alex Simons and Red Jerry (real name Jeremy Dickens) in 1990. The first release was "Carnival de Casa" by Rio Rhythm Band, however, it was not until 1992's release of Felix's "Don't You Want Me", which Red Jerry and Faithless founder-member Rollo co-produced, that Hooj Choons had their first crossover hit. Over the next ten years, Hooj Choons had several notable releases including productions from artists such as Diss-Cuss, Tilt, Oliver Lieb and JX. The label built up a roster of popular club hits and smaller underground classics over 20 years. Dissolution In 2003, Hooj announced its dissolution as a record label. Hooj Choons was dissolved having released 136 singles plus a dozen or so album-length compilations. A mashup (also mesh, mash up, mash-up, blend, bastard pop or bootleg) is a creative work, usually a song, created by blending two or more pre-recorded songs, typically by superimposing the vocal track of one song seamlessly over the instrumental track of another and changing the tempo and key where necessary.
