Harald Espedal (born 4 March 1972) is a Norwegian businessperson. He is a son of Tor Espedal, and stood out in his early teenage years as a stock trade prodigy. He was born in Stavanger, graduated from the Norwegian School of Economics in 1996 and spent his early career in SR-Bank, Vesta Forsikring and Arthur Andersen's Stavanger branch. Tor Espedal
Tor Espedal (8 June 1934 – 25 April 2017) was a Norwegian businessperson. He was born in Forsand. He finished his secondary education at Rogaland Public Gymnasium in 1950, graduated from the Norwegian School of Economics with the siv.øk. degree and also took education at the University of Bergen and Harvard University. After working in the Ministry of Finance and Laerdal Medical he was hired in the Norwegian State Oil Company (Statoil) in 1973. He started as chief financial officer, moved on to other capacities and remained in the leadership of Statoil until 1995, with shorter tenures elsewhere. From 1978 to 1982 he was the chief executive officer of Sandnes Acuderverk; in 1987 he was the acting chief executive officer of Kongsberg Våpenfabrikk for half a year and in 1988 he was appointed to clean up after Statoil's own Mongstad scandal. Stavanger Concert Hall
Stavanger Konserthus or ''Stavanger Concert Hall'' is a concert hall in Stavanger, Norway. It was officially opened by Crown Prince Haakon on 15 September 2012. The financing of the building was shared by the municipality of Stavanger, the county of Rogaland, the Norwegian government and private sponsors at a cost of 1.225 billion Norwegian kroner. The concert hall has two halls, an orchestra hall and a multi-purpose hall with excellent acoustics, great foyer areas out to the seaside and a large outdoor amphitheater. It can be arranged symphony concert in one hall and a rock concert in the other - at the same time. Architects were RATIO Arkitekter AS.
