''Happy Ghost'' (released in the Philippines as ''Magic to Win 3: The Origin'') () is a 1984 Hong Kong comedy film directed by Clifton Ko. Produced and written by Raymond Wong, the film stars Wong, Boonie Law, Loletta Lee and Sandy Lamb. The film was the 12th most grossed films in Hong Kong of 1984. Plot The film is about three high school students, Bonnie (Bonnie Law), Juilet (Rachel Lee (actress)) and Venus (Sandy Lamb), in their last year in school together, go on their last picnic before their examinations. Taking shelter from a sudden storm in an abandoned temple, Bonnie finds a piece of rope and takes it home. With this rope she brings home a spirit of Scholar Pik (Raymond Wong Pak-ming), whose archaic ways of thinking obviously clashed with the values held by a twentieth century teenager. ''Happy Ghost II'' (Chinese: 開心鬼放暑假) is a 1985 Hong Kong comedy film directed by Clifton Ko. Produced and written by Raymond Wong, the film stars Wong, Fennie Yuan, May Lo, Charine Chan and Gigi Fu. This film is the sequel to Happy Ghost. Although the film grossed less than its prequel, it was the 10th most grossing film in Hong Kong that year. The film is about Happy Ghost / Scholar Stewart Pik (Raymond Wong Pak-ming) gets reincarnated and is now a high school teacher called Hong Sam Kwai, born with natural superpowers but doesn't know how to use them. ''Happy Ghost III'' () is a 1986 Hong Kong comedy film directed by Johnnie To. Produced and written by Raymond Wong, the film stars Wong and Maggie Cheung. This is the third installment in the "Happy Ghost" series, the film is far more frenetically paced than the first two and its much more a film for adults. The film is about a spirit of the late female singer Tsui Pan Han (Maggie Cheung) waits in the afterlife for a chance to be reincarnated. She meets the Godfather (Tsui Hark) who has found an appropriate musical family for her to be reincarnated with. Her opportunity to be born into the new family is ruined when Sam Kwai ( Raymond Wong) takes the pregnant wife to the wrong hospital. ''Put chai ko'' () is a popular snack in Hong Kong. The pudding cake is palm size and is sweet in taste. It is soft, but can hold its molded shape outside a bowl. The cake is made from white or brown sugar, long-grain rice flour with a little wheat starch or cornstarch. Sometimes red beans are also added. The batter is poured into porcelain bowls and steamed until cooked through. Then it is let cooled and served at room temperature.
