Hanif Sanket
Hanif Sanket (born 23 October 1958) born as A.K.M. Hanif is a Bangladeshi television host, writer, producer, comedian, voice actor and singer. He is best known as the creator and host of the television show ''Ityadi''. He is regarded as the most popular media personality in Bangladesh. Career Sanket first appeared in television on a show '' Jodi Kichhu Mone Na Koren'' in the 1980s. Later, he moved on to create his own TV show ''Ityadi'', which successfully pioneered televised comedy program in Bangladesh and went on to become the most popular TV show in the country. He also produces drama during Eid seasons. Sanket also produced other shows - ''Jhalak'', ''Kothar Kotha'', ''Eid Annondo Mela'', ''Prothom Alo Awards Program'', ''Bangla Vision 6th Anniversary Programs''. Jodi Kichu Mone Na Koren
Fazle Lohani (12 March 1929 – 30 October 1985) was a Bangladeshi journalist, television host, songwriter and film producer. He was best known for his popular Bengali-language TV news magazine show Jodi Kichhu Mone Na Koren, which aired on Bangladesh Television from 1977 to 1985, he has been stated as the forerunner of quality TV programmes. Early life Lohani was born in the village of Kaulia in Sirajganj District in the then Bengal Presidency, British India. His brother Fateh Lohani would also become a notable television personality. His sister Husna Banu Khanam was an educationist and Nazrul Sangeet exponent . Ekushey Padak
Ekushey Padak ( bn, একুশে পদক; lit. "Twentyfirst Award") is the second highest civilian award in Bangladesh, introduced in memory of the martyrs of the Bengali Language Movement of 1952. The award is given to recognize contributions in a number of fields, including culture, education, and economics. The Ministry of Cultural Affairs administers the award. The award consists of an 18 carat gold medal weighing 3 tolas and a certificate of honour. The medal was designed by the artist Nitun Kundu. The amount of the cash reward was originally ৳ 25,000, but it was subsequently increased to ৳ 100,000 in 2015. Next it was increased to tk 2,00,000 in 2017 and to tk 4,00,000 as of November 2019.
