Hasan Doğan (15 March 1956 – 5 July 2008) was the 37th president of the Turkish Football Federation. He died of a heart attack in Bodrum, a popular tourist destination in the southwest Turkish Riviera, where he was on vacation. Oya Aydoğan (10 February 1957 – 15 May 2016) was a Turkish actress, model, and television presenter. She was the winner of the Ses Magazine Movie Actress Contest in 1976. She suffered from an aortic aneurysm on 7 May 2016, before Mother's Day and died on 15 May 2016 at Liv Hospital in Ulus. The medal was established on October 24, 1983 with the Law on Medals and Orders, Act No. 2933.
