Halestorm (album)
''Halestorm'' is the debut studio album by American Rock music, rock band Halestorm. It was released in 2009 by Atlantic Records. The record was produced by Howard Benson and includes a collaboration with Evanescence's former member Ben Moody as a co-writer in the track "Innocence". ''Halestorm'' received generally mixed reviews from music critics. Commercially, the album was a modest success, debuting at number 40 on the US Billboard 200, ''Billboard'' 200. The first single from the album, "I Get Off" received considerable play time and peaked at 17 on the Hot Rock & Alternative Songs, ''Billboard'' Hot Rock & Alternative Songs chart. A tenth anniversary edition was released on December 20, 2019, . Halestorm is an American rock band from Red Lion, Pennsylvania, consisting of lead vocalist and guitarist Lzzy Hale, her drummer brother Arejay Hale, guitarist Joe Hottinger, and bassist Josh Smith. The group's self-titled debut album was released on April 28, 2009, through Atlantic Records. Their second album '' The Strange Case Of...'' was released on April 10, 2012. Its lead single "Love Bites (So Do I)" won the Grammy Award for Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance on February 10, 2013. Tommy Henriksen (born February 21, 1964) is an American musician from Port Jefferson, New York, best known for his work as a guitarist, bassist and songwriter with Alice Cooper, Hollywood Vampires and German metal band Warlock. He has also fronted punk rockers P.O.L. and released several albums as a solo artist. John William Lowery (born July 31, 1970), best known by the stage name John 5, is an American guitarist. His stage name was bestowed on him in 1998 when he left David Lee Roth's solo band and joined the rock group Marilyn Manson as their guitarist, taking over for Zim Zum.
