He is multiple world and European champion and ranks first at world list in his weight division. Khaldoun Baghdadi is a prominent Palestinian-American attorney and former chairman of the San Francisco Human Rights Commission. He was born in Amman, Jordan, but grew up in Orange County, California. Baghdadi received his undergraduate degree from the University of California Irvine, and also received a fellowship to study at Bir Zeit University, in Ramallah, West Bank. Ahmet Haldun Dormen (born 5 April 1928) is a Turkish theater, movie and TV series actor and film director. Dormen is of Turkish Cypriot descent. Biography His father Sait Ömer Bey was a Cypriot businessman, while his mother Nimet Rüştü Hanım was the daughter of a pasha from Istanbul. His family settled in Şişli before Dormen's first birthday. Haldun Taner (March 16, 1915 – May 7, 1986) was a well-known Turkish playwright and short story writer. Biography He was born on March 16, 1915 in Istanbul. After graduating from the Galatasaray High School in 1935, he studied politics and economy at the University of Heidelberg in Germany, until a serious health problem forced him to return to Turkey, where he graduated from the Faculty of German Literature and Linguistics in 1950.
