Hal Martin
Hal Martin (born December 29, 1985) is an American professional stock car racing driver who has competed in what is now the NASCAR Xfinity Series, the Truck Series, and the ARCA Racing Series. He earned the nickname The Ragin' Cajun due to being from Louisiana. Racing career Early career Martin began his racing career when he was 15 years old, racing 80cc and 125cc Kart racing, shifter karts, racing around the Gulf Coast of the United States and winning the 2004 Louisiana State 80cc Shifter Kart Championship. Galliano is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) on the Bayou Lafourche in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, United States. As of 2020, its population was 7,100. It is part of the Houma– Bayou Cane–Thibodaux metropolitan statistical area. History The area was named by the late postmaster Alzec Autin, who chose the name "Galliano" in honor of an original settler in the area formerly known as ''Côte Cheramie''. Signor Antoine Galliano settled in the vicinity in the late 1700s and had a large farm and a citrus tree orchard. NASCAR Xfinity Series
The NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) is a stock car racing series organized by NASCAR. It is promoted as NASCAR's second-tier circuit to the organization's top level Cup Series. Mansfield Motor Speedway (formerly Mansfield Motorsports Park and Mansfield Motorsports Speedway) was a 0.44 mile dirt track located in Mansfield, Ohio, United States. The ASA Late Model Series is an American stock car racing series. Founded by Ron Varney in 2003 as the "USPRO Cup Series", it was renamed "ASA Late Model Series" when it was purchased by the American Speed Association in 2004. After financial difficulties during the 2004 season, the series was sold back to its founders, but retained the name. Rockingham is a city in Richmond County, North Carolina, United States, named after the Marquess of Rockingham. The population was 9,558 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Richmond County. Buck Baker Racing School
The Buck Baker Racing School was founded by two time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion Buck Baker in 1980. Buck Baker Racing School was the first of its kind. Today, Buck Baker's Seat Time Racing School, still follows the curriculum set by Buck Baker to teach racers, race fans, and adrenaline junkies professional racing skills. There is no lead-follow format and passing is allowed on the straight aways. At the least, participants learn how to run the preferred racing line around the track, how to merge onto a race track, and how to exit and enter pit road.
