Hajime Moriyasu
is a Japanese football manager and former player. He made more than 250 appearances in 14 years with Sanfrecce Hiroshima, including a year on loan to Kyoto Purple Sanga, before spending his final season as a professional with Vegalta Sendai. He also played 35 times for the Japan national team. His brother Hiroshi and his sons Shohei and Keigo are also footballers. He is the current head coach of Japan's senior and Olympic teams. Club career Moriyasu was educated at and played for Nagasaki Nihon University High School. After finishing his school, he joined Japan Soccer League side Mazda in 1987. In the final round of matches of the final round of Asian qualification for the 1994 FIFA World Cup, Japan and Iraq drew 2–2 in Doha, Qatar. If Japan had won the match, they would have qualified for the World Cup for the first time. Instead, Japan finished third in their group, allowing their arch-rivals South Korea to qualify instead. The Japanese refer to the match as the "Agony of Doha" (), whereas South Koreans, because the country's national football team only qualified in the final minutes of this match, refers to it as the "Miracle of Doha" (). Ruy Ramos
is a former football player and manager, originally from Brazil, who spent his career in Japan and played for the Japan national team. Ramos is currently active as a television personality and ''tarento'', represented with Irving. Kazuyuki Morisaki
is a former Japanese football player. He is the twin brother of Koji Morisaki. Club career Morisaki was born in Hiroshima on 9 May 1981. He joined J1 League club Sanfrecce Hiroshima from youth team in 1999. He debuted in November 1999 and played many matches as central midfielder for a long time from 2000. He was selected Rookie of the Year award in 2000. Although Sanfrecce played in J2 League in 2003 and 2008, played in J1 for a long time. Yahiro Kazama
is a Japanese manager and former footballer. He played for the Japan national team. He is the first Japanese player to score in the J1 League. His two sons Koki Kazama and Koya Kazama are also footballers. Club career Kazama was born in Shizuoka on October 16, 1961. After graduating from University of Tsukuba, he moved to Germany in 1984. He played for several clubs, including Remscheid and Eintracht Braunschweig. In 1989, he returned to Japan and joined Japan Soccer League Division 2 club Mazda (later ''Sanfrecce Hiroshima'').
