Haji Syed Hussain Hazara
Haji Sayed Hussain Hazara (born Quetta, British India; 15 February 1917, 9 August 2002 – Quetta, Pakistan) was a Pakistani politician. He belonged to the Hazara people. He was a member of National Awami Party and was trialed in Hyderabad Tribunal with other political leaders of the NAP. He served as Senator of NAP. He was member of Majlis al Shura of Pakistan in Zia-ul-Haq's era. His son Sayed Nasir Ali Shah is Ex-Member of National Assembly from NA-259. He was a Pakistani Senator in period of 1973 till 1975 and from 1975 till 1977.He was member of National Awami Party (Wali). He was the president of Balochistan Shia Conference.His two books which were published before his death are Mashal e Hidayath ( Lantern of Guidance) and Bey-Pardagi and Bey-Hayayi Door E Hazir mai. Majlis-e-Shoora
The Parliament of Pakistan ( ur, , , "Pakistan Advisory Council" or "Pakistan Consultative Assembly") is the federal and supreme legislative body of Pakistan. It is a bicameral federal legislature that consists of the Senate as the upper house and the National Assembly as the lower house. According to the Constitution of Pakistan, the President of Pakistan is also a component of the Parliament. The National Assembly is elected for a five-year term on the basis of adult franchise and one-man one-vote. The tenure of a Member of the National Assembly is for the duration of the house, or sooner, in case the Member dies or resigns. Hazara People
The Hazaras ( fa, , Həzārə; haz, , Āzərə) are an ethnic group and the principal component of the population of Afghanistan, native to, and primarily residing in the Hazaristan (Hazarajat) region in central Afghanistan and generally scattered throughout Afghanistan. They are one of the largest ethnic groups in Afghanistan, and are also significant minority groups in neighboring Pakistan, mostly in Quetta, and as well as in Iran. They speak the Hazaragi dialect of Persian, which is mutually intelligible with Dari, one of the two official languages of Afghanistan. Sayed Nasir Ali Shah
Sayed Nasir Ali Shah (Urdu and haz, ) is a Pakistani politician and parliamentarian from the Pakistan Peoples Party who is an elected member of the National Assembly (MNA). Shah hails from the city of Quetta in Balochistan and belongs to the Hazara community. On 16 April 2010 he was severely injured in a suicide bomb blast planned against him causing several casualties and his son severely injured. On 6 October 2011, he staged a walkout and strike outside the Pakistani parliament in Islamabad while boycotting a session to protest the PPP-led government's apparent inability in curbing continuous sectarian attacks on Hazara people in Balochistan. Later, he was also joined in solidarity by members of the opposition Pakistan Muslim League (N).
