Haimanti Rakshit Das ( bn, হৈমন্তী রক্ষিত, হৈমন্তী রক্ষিত দাশ; born 18 June) better known as Haimanti is a Bangladeshi playback singer. She mostly sings for films and TV series. She rose to fame after winning reality television competition series ''Notun Kuri'' in 1993. Her discography includes, ''Dakpion'', ''Mone Pore Tomake'', ''Premer Choya'', and ''Smritir Canvas''. She also attended an academy for children's welfare Jatiyo Shishu Purushkar. Early life and personal life Haimanti was born on 18 June in Chittagong, Bangladesh. She comes from a musical family. Ekushey Television ( bn, একুশে টেলিভিশন; , in reference to 21 February), also known by its acronym ETV, is a Bangladeshi Bengali-language privately owned satellite and cable television channel owned by S. Alam Group of Industries. It is headquartered in Kawran Bazar, Dhaka, and is Bangladesh's first privately owned television channel to broadcast news and current affairs programming. Ekushey Television was launched on 14 April 2000 by A.S. Mahmud, with the "Poribortone Ongikarboddho" (পরিবর্তনে অঙ্গীকারবদ্ধ; ) slogan, which is still used today, as a privately owned nationwide terrestrial television network, the first of its kind in Bangladesh and the region of South Asia in general. Shubhashish Mazumder Bappa (born 5 February 1972), commonly known as Bappa Mazumder, is a Bangladeshi singer, lyricist and national film award winner composer. He is the lead singer of the rock band Dalchhut. Bappa is famous for his Bengali romantic compositions and is known as The Melody King of Bangladesh. The National Child Award is the most notable among the activities of Bangladesh Shishu Academy. This contest has been held since 1978. Ahmed Imtiaz Bulbul
Ahmed Imtiaz Bulbul (1 January 1956 – 22 January 2019) was a Bangladeshi lyricist, composer and music director, active since the late 1970s. He was a freedom fighter who joined the Bangladesh Liberation War at the age of 15. He won Ekushey Padak and Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Music Director twice for the films '' Premer Taj Mahal'' (2001) and ''Hajar Bachhor Dhore'' (2005).
