Hafiz Hussain Ahmed
Hafiz Hussain Ahmed ( ur, ) is a Pakistani senior politician and Islamic scholar who served two times as member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from 2002 - 2007 and 1988 - 1990 and also Member of the Senate of Pakistan from March 1991 to March 1994. Early life and education Hussain Ahmed was born in 1951 in a religious family of Quetta. He got his education in Arabic, Islamic literature, Quran, Hadith and Fiqh in early childhood. He is a Deobandi. He is also the holder of traditional Dars-i Nizami and Sanad in Hafiz-e-Quran. Quetta (; ur, ; ; ps, کوټه) is the tenth List of cities in Pakistan by population, most populous city in Pakistan with a population of over 1.1 million. Hafiz-e-Quran
Hafiz (; ar, حافظ, ḥāfiẓ, pl. ''ḥuffāẓ'' , f. ''ḥāfiẓa'' ), literally meaning "memorizer", depending on the context, is a term used by Muslims for someone who has completely memorized the Quran. Pakistan National Alliance
The Pakistan National Alliance (Urdu: پاکستان قومی اتحاد, Acronym: PNA), was a populist and consolidated right-wing political alliance, consisting of nine political parties of the country. Formed in 1977, the country's leading right-wing parties agreed upon to run a political campaign as a single bloc against the left oriented PPP in the 1977 general elections. Despite each parties standing with a different ideology, PNA was noted for its large physical momentum and its right-wing orientation, originally aimed to oppose Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and the PPP. Dars-i Nizami is a study curriculum or system used in many Islamic institutions (madrassas) and Dar Ul Ulooms, which originated in the Indian subcontinent in the 18th century and can now also be found in parts of South Africa, Canada, the United States, the Caribbean and the UK.
