Haedo, Buenos Aires
Haedo is a town located in Morón Partido, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina. It forms part of the urban conurbation of Greater Buenos Aires. With a surface of 6.11 km², it had 38,068 inhabitants as of 2001, down 13% from the 1991 census. Nonetheless, it is the fourth most populated unit (''localidad'') in Morón Partido, with a 12% of the total. This city was the place of residence of the Buenos Aires governor Manuel Fresco located between Caseros 200 and Llavallol 1220. Juan José Haedo
Juan José Haedo (born 26 January 1981) is an Argentine former professional road racing cyclist and track cyclist, who rode professionally between 2003 and 2014. He is the brother of Lucas Sebastián Haedo. Haedo started his career on the track before turning professional on the road in 2003 with Colavita-Bolla. After a year in the United States with the Toyota - United Pro Cycling Team he joined in 2007. Haedo had a successful career with CSC picking up notable stage wins in the Tour of California, Critérium du Dauphiné, Tirreno Adriatico and Vuelta a España. In 2010 he was granted the Konex Award Merit Diploma as one of the five best cyclist of the last decade in Argentina. He competed with the team until the end of 2012, when he joined . After retiring he stayed with the team as an assistant director. Nelson Haedo Valdez
Nelson Antonio Haedo Valdez (born 28 November 1983) commonly known as Nelson Valdez or Nelson Haedo in Spanish speaking countries, is a Paraguayan former professional footballer who played as a striker for clubs in Paraguay, Germany, Spain, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Greece, the US and for the Paraguay national team between 2000 and 2021. Valdez started his career with Atlético Tembetary, progressing through their youth system to the first-team squad where he made his debut at the age of 16 in Paraguayan División Intermedia in 2000. He finished his career with the club having scored 11 goals in 22 league appearances. In 2001, he was scouted to Germany's Werder Bremen II, where he scored 15 goals in 30 Regionalliga Nord appearances in his second season before joining the club's first-team. José María Paz
Brigadier General José María Paz y Haedo (September 9, 1791 – October 22, 1854) was an Argentine military figure, notable in the Argentine War of Independence and the Argentine Civil Wars. Childhood Born in Córdoba, Argentina, the son of ''criollos'' José Paz and María Tiburcia Haedo, Paz y Haedo studied philosophy and theology at the ''Seminario de Loreto'' intern school, then at the Universidad de Córdoba, receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree with orientation in mathematics, Latin and law. After the May Revolution he joined the army that would fight the Royalists forces and allow the independence of Argentina. His brother, Julián Paz Haedo, born in 1793, was also an officer in the revolutionary army.
