Huai'an Lianshui International Airport is an airport serving the city of Huai'an in Jiangsu, China. It is located in the town of Chenshi in Lianshui County, 22 kilometers northeast of the city center. Huai'an (), formerly called Huaiyin () until 2001, is a prefecture-level city in the central part of Jiangsu province in Eastern China. Huai'an is situated almost directly south of Lianyungang, southeast of Suqian, northwest of Yancheng, almost directly north of Yangzhou and Nanjing, and northeast of Chuzhou (Anhui). Xining Caojiabao International Airport , also called Caojiapu Airport, is an airport serving Xining, the capital of Qinghai Province, China. It is located in Huzhu County, Haidong, on the Tibetan Plateau about east of downtown Xining. The airport began operation in 1991, and in October 2011 a new 3,800 meter long runway was built to replace the old one. History The first airport of Xining was located west of the current airport near the town of Lejiawan. Built on orders of warlord Ma Bufang in 1931, it started limited civilian use in 1933. Taiyuan Wusu International Airport is an airport serving Taiyuan, the capital of Shanxi province, China. It is the largest airport in Shanxi and is located about southeast of downtown Taiyuan.
