Zwan
Zwan was an American alternative rock Supergroup (music), supergroup that was formed by Billy Corgan and Jimmy Chamberlin, lead singer/guitarist and drummer of The Smashing Pumpkins respectively, after they disbanded in December 2000. Other members included bassist Paz Lenchantin, of A Perfect Circle, and guitarists David Pajo, of Slint, and Matt Sweeney of various prior bands and projects. The band released only one album, ''Mary Star of the Sea (album), Mary Star of the Sea'', in 2003, before breaking up acrimoniously that same year during their world tour to promote the album. ''Spun'' is a 2002 American black comedy crime drama film directed by Jonas Åkerlund from an original screenplay by William De Los Santos and Creighton Vero, based on three days of De Los Santos's life in the Eugene, Oregon, drug subculture. The Canadian Singles Chart was a chart compiled by the American-based music sales tracking company, Nielsen SoundScan, which began publication in November 1996. Linda Strawberry is an American artist, director, editor and musician, best known for her work on tours and music videos. Career Initially working under her birth name Linda Rowberry, Strawberry collaborated with Especially For Youth on ''I Know My Redeemer Lives'' (2000) and with David Coverdale on '' Into the Light'' (2001) She spent some time working as a recording engineer, most notably working on Sarah Mclachlan's ''Afterglow'' (2002) which has since sold over 4 million copies. Stephen Percy Harris (born 12 March 1956) is an English musician who is the bassist, keyboardist, backing vocalist, primary songwriter and founder/leader of heavy metal music, heavy metal band Iron Maiden. He has been the band's only constant member since their inception in 1975 and, along with guitarist Dave Murray (musician), Dave Murray, the only member to appear on every album. Flanger
Flanging is an audio effect produced by mixing two identical signals together, one signal delayed by a small and (usually) gradually changing period, usually smaller than 20 milliseconds. This produces a swept comb filter effect: peaks and notches are produced in the resulting frequency spectrum, related to each other in a linear harmonic series. Varying the time delay causes these to sweep up and down the frequency spectrum. A flanger is an effects unit that creates this effect. Part of the output signal is usually fed back to the input (a "re-circulating delay line"), producing a resonance effect which further enhances the intensity of the peaks and troughs. "Cherub Rock" is a song by American alternative rock band the Smashing Pumpkins. It is the first single from their second album, ''Siamese Dream'' (1993) and is the opening track.
