Hit Man (American Game Show)
''Hit Man'' is an American television game show. The show aired on NBC from January 3 to April 1, 1983, and was hosted by Peter Tomarken. Rod Roddy was the announcer, and the program was produced by Jay Wolpert Productions in association with Metromedia Video Productions. Game play Four contestants competed on each episode of ''Hit Man'' in a quiz based on memory and instant recall. One was either a returning champion or champion-designate, with the other three contestants competing for the right to face him/her in the second round. The surviving contestant at the end of two rounds of play played the Triple Crown bonus round for $10,000. The Burbank Studios (formerly known as NBC Studios) is a television production facility located in Burbank, California. ''Dream House'' is an American game show that saw contestants competing to win, as the title of the show indicates, a new house. The show originally premiered in primetime on ABC on March 27, 1968, with a daytime edition premiering on April 1, 1968. The primetime series aired weekly until September 19, 1968 and the daytime series aired daily until January 2, 1970, when it was replaced with ''All My Children''. The daytime series was revived for NBC's daytime schedule and premiered on April 4, 1983, running until June 29, 1984. ITV is a British free-to-air public broadcast television network. It was launched in 1955 as Independent Television to provide competition to BBC Television (established in 1936). Nicholas Corbishley Owen is an English television presenter and newsreader, best known for presenting the breakfast television programme ''TV-am'' and the BBC's local news show ''Midlands Today'' since 1997. He was also the chairman of Luton Town Football Club between 2008 and 2017. Umberto Smaila
Umberto Smaila (born 26 June 1950) is an Italian actor, composer, comedian, television personality, entrepreneur, and musician. Born in Verona to an Istrian family, in the early-1970s Smaila co-founded together with Jerry Calà, Franco Oppini and Ninì Salerno a cabaret-ensemble, "I gatti di Vicolo Miracoli". The group, reduced to three components since 1982 following Calà's departure, appeared on several successful TV programs and films and released several songs, including the hit singles "Verona Beat" and "Singer Solitude".
