Higher education in Hong Kong means any education higher than secondary education, including professional, technical, and academic. It is the highest level of education in Hong Kong, regulated under the Hong Kong Law. The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) is a self-financing university in Hong Kong located in Siu Lek Yuen, Sha Tin, New Territories. It was founded as Hang Seng Management College in 2010 by the Hang Seng School of Commerce and was granted university title in 2018. Times Higher Education World University Rankings
The ''Times Higher Education World University Rankings'' (often referred to as the THE Rankings) is an annual publication of university rankings by the ''Times Higher Education'' (THE) magazine. The publisher had collaborated with Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) to publish the joint ''THE-QS World University Rankings'' from 2004 to 2009 before it turned to Thomson Reuters for a new ranking system from 2010 to 2013. Times Higher Education–QS World University Rankings
The term Times Higher Education–QS World University Rankings refers to rankings published jointly between 2004 and 2009 by ''Times Higher Education'' and Quacquarelli Symonds (QS). After QS and ''Times Higher Education'' had ended their collaboration, the methodology for these rankings continues to be used by its developer Quacquarelli Symonds.
