Hero Of Uzbekistan
Hero of Uzbekistan ( uz, Oʻzbekiston qahramoni, Uzbek alphabet#Correspondence chart, Cyrillic Ўзбекистон қаҳрамони) is the highest national award in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It is awarded to citizens of Uzbekistan and non-citizens for merit to the country. The title "Hero of Uzbekistan" and the medal that comes with it, ''Oltin Yulduz'' ("Gold Star") are awarded by the President of Uzbekistan. The parliament of Uzbekistan first created the law establishing the award on 5 May 1994, and since then more than 50 people have received it. RIA Novosti (russian: РИА Новости), sometimes referred to as RIAN () or RIA (russian: РИА, label=none) is a Russian state-owned domestic news agency. On 9 December 2013 by a decree of Vladimir Putin it was liquidated and its assets and workforce were transferred to the newly created Rossiya Segodnya agency. Abdulla Oripov (poet)
Abdulla Oripov ( uz, Abdulla Oripov, Абдулла Орипов; 21 March 1941 – 5 November 2016) was an Uzbek poet, literary translator, and a politician. He is best known as the author of the lyrics to the State Anthem of Uzbekistan. In addition to writing his own poetry, Oripov translated the works of many famous foreign poets, such as Alexander Pushkin, Dante Alighieri, Nizami Ganjavi, and Taras Shevchenko, into the Uzbek language. Oripov was also a statesman. He was a member of the Senate of Uzbekistan from 2005 until his death in 2016. He also served as the head of the Copyright Committee of Uzbekistan from 2000 until his death. Oripov received many awards during his lifetime. He became a National Poet of the Uzbek SSR in 1989. Hero of Ukraine (HOU; uk, Герой України, ''Heroi Ukrainy'') is the highest national title that can be conferred upon an individual citizen by the President of Ukraine. The title was created in 1998 by President Leonid Kuchma and as of 11 December 2022 the total number of awards is 687; some decrees on the assignment of the title Hero of Ukraine were not published. Hero of the Russian Federation (russian: Герой Российской Федерации, Geroy Rossiyskoy Federatsii), also unofficially Hero of Russia (russian: link=no, Герой России, Geroy Rossii), is the highest honorary title of the Russian Federation. The title comes with a Gold Star medal, an insignia of honour that identifies recipients. The title is awarded to persons for "service to the Russian state and nation, usually connected with a heroic feat of valour". Munojot Yolchiyeva (born 1960), also known under the Russian form of her name, Munadjat Yulchieva, is the leading performer of classical Uzbek music and its Persian-language cousin Shashmaqâm. Musa Tajetdinovich Yerniyazov (20 December 1947 – 31 July 2020) was a Soviet and Uzbek state and political figure. He was Chairman of the Parliament of Karakalpakstan, as well as member and Deputy Chairman of the Senate of Uzbekistan. Malika Samatovna Abdullahodjaeva (28 November 1932 - 26 June 2018) was a Soviet and Uzbek pathologist, a full member of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, Hero of Uzbekistan (2006). Early life and education Malika Abdullahodjaeva was born on 28 November 1932 in Moscow in a family of students of the Communist University of the Toilers of the East. Erkin Vohidov
Erkin Vohidov ( uz, Erkin Vohidov / Эркин Воҳидов; December 28, 1936 – May 30, 2016) was an Uzbek poet, playwright, literary translator, and statesman. In addition to writing his own poetry, Vohidov translated the works of many famous foreign poets, such as Aleksandr Tvardovsky, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, Muhammad Iqbal, Rasul Gamzatov, and Sergey Yesenin into the Uzbek language. Particularly noteworthy are his translations of Yesenin's works and Goethe's ''Faust''. In 1983, Vahidov was awarded the State Hamza Prize. He became a People's Poet of Uzbekistan in 1987. In 1999, he was awarded the title Hero of Uzbekistan, the highest honorary title that can be bestowed on a citizen by Uzbekistan.
