Herman W. Hellman (1843–1906) was a German-born businessman, banker, and real estate investor in Los Angeles, California. Early life Herman W. Hellman was born on September 25, 1843, in Reckendorf, Germany, Bavaria. He emigrated to the United States with his brother Isaias W. Reckendorf is a community in the district of Bamberg, in Upper Franconia, Bavaria, Germany. Alfred Faist Rosenheim, F.A.I.A. (June 10, 1859 – September 9, 1943) was an architect born in St. Louis, Missouri and a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects.
